to set-up an appointment for your preliminary consultation.
2.
Please fill out and submit our pre-consultation questionnaire. This
will help us to be prepared for our consultation. Preliminary consultations
are complimentary and can last from 1-2 hours.
3.
Please bring the following items with you to the consultation:
~Pictures of floral designs that inspire you. Pictures can be found in
magazines, books and the Internet.
~Pictures of the bride’s dress and attendant’s dresses.
~Swatches of the colors you are working with to build your wedding’s
theme.
~You are welcome to bring your fiancé, a friend, or family member
to assist you in the decision making process.
4. We
will email you with a proposal within 48 hours of our consultation.
5. Because
we book minimal weddings per weekend, our calendar fills quickly.
For this reason, we request a 30% deposit to hold your date no more
than 5 days after the presentation of your wedding flower proposal.
All dates are reserved on a first come first booked basis.
6. Four
weeks prior to your wedding we contact you to make any adjustments
to your order. The delivery time line will be finalized at this
time. Final payment on the balance is due 3 weeks prior to the event.
Pricing Guidelines
Modern
Bouquet specializes in custom floral designs for San Diego brides.
Just as each bride is unique, so are her décor needs. We
take great pride in offering personalized services and do not work
with wedding packages. Pricing is determined on an individual basis
in the form of a design proposal, presented only after an in-depth
consultation. Theme, color scheme and budget are details that are
considered. Your flowers are thoughtfully selected and designed
to reflect the inspiration you share with us. |
